No. It's just that I, Jackie, am everywoman. I'm single. I'm married. I'm retired. I'm a young careerwoman. Kids. No kids. You get it. I represent all the wonderful women of Eastern Jackson County. And I want to hear from you.

When the newsroom received word we would be able to have featured blogs on the newspaper's Web site, I was really excited about the opportunity for our readers to have one more opportunity to interact with the staff – especially some of the behind-the-scenes staff that may not be out in public every day.
