Mt Washington Cemetery located in Western Independence is a beautiful, historical, and botanically beautiful cemetery that is not only an important part of the Independence Community, but to the State Of Missouri as well. We have a blog with a  lady wanting to work to make  this cemetery free from any criminal activity, such as vandalism. I'd like to blog the other side. Where everyone speaks about the cemeteries good qualities.  Discuss history, famous notable's buried here, your own family, tell us about them.
