County Politics and Law

I was reminded yesterday about my pledge to keep you informed about my battles with the county political machine. 
I had been scheduled to appear in Judge Scoville's court this morning but events during the last 24 hours have revealed a very disorganized the county plan.

The big day will arrive on Wednesday.
Where: Associate Circuit Court, Division 32; Judge Robert L Trout at the Independence Courthouse.
When: Sometime after 1:30 PM.
What's going on?

The arraignment hearing of a Jackson County citizen (Bob WitbolsFeugen) regarding his arrest as a protestor of governmental business and as someone who had filed a complaint of the harassment against certain Legislators.
