Columnist John Pennell asks the candidate for Sheriff to speak up. So, is their failure to come out publicly with regard to their experience and position on the issues, a reasonable silence? Will the real Herman Munster please stand up.

Our politicians have been flexing their muscles in Jeff City and sometimes worked against legislation that may have been positive for the State. So as they say in Jackson County, it's just politics as usual; don't take it personally.
