Deceased person in street at 24hwy and dover last night around 5-530 pm Fatality car crash or pedestrain hit

Not sure what happened but 2 cars involved and a guy was deceased on 24hwy  had to hear it from my wife and kids saw it  wind was blowing to bad for the guys to keep the cover on the person.
