What is your take on Independence having the 4th best tasting tap water in the world?

Watch Video from The Examiner: Your Take - Independence Water

You have no idea!

After growing up in Independence, and then moving to Columbia, MO for college (go tigers!) I never realized how AMAZING Independence water is. Everyone here uses so much bottled water, finally we just invested in one of those tap brita purifiers. You guys have it so good back in Independence!!!

The water here is really good.

But why isn't the water in the kitchen sink as cold as the bathroom sink?

Water is good!

I've been living in and out of Independence for years and I'd say it is some good tasting water compared to some other Missouri cities that even smell bad as soon as you tap into it.

the Water

Denver water has drugs in it. So much for clean rocky mountain spring water.

my brother lives in georgia

my brother lives in georgia and has gotten used to the water there as well as bottled maybe this even more so. but he said last time he was here he could taste the chemicals in it.

I think it taste pretty good

Isn't the fluoride level higher than a few years ago? Must be naturally occurring digging through all the limestone.

Fluoride in Independence water

According to the Water Department, the Independence water contains 0.3 ppm naturally occurring fluoride. The city adds no fluoride to the mix.

true none is added

My sources say it has increased
