Jackson County is trying real hard to force the taxpayers to fund a regional jail. Prosecutor Kanatzar opted for a plea bargain in the Precious Doe case. Add that to the other serials killers like Terry Blair and Lorenzo Gilyard.

The female gang leader charges were also reduced to manslaughter rather than murder.

Maybe I shouldn't tempt fate by agitating the local Gestapo. I still am in a position of having to pay a private attorney to defend myself against an assault by a sheriff deputy. After more than six months, all a special prosecutor has done in the case is to interview three county employees.

One who instigated the assault, two the county attorney who said he witnessed the assault and funneled public money to defend legislators against the Ethics Complaint that I filed. Finally, third an attorney who has for years represented the JCSD, while I complained of about the poor investigation of my daughter's murder and then represented the Ethic Commission's investigation of the charges against the Legislators.

I don’t think that Special Prosecutor has even read the news stories from the two reporters that were at the scene of the crime. Kanatzar was personally involved behind the scenes at the time of my arrest and became aware of some crucial facts as being uncorroborated.

Of particular concern, to me that is, was that Legislators Rizzo and Tarwater both claimed to have witnessed the assault that they said occurred in Legislative chambers. None of the three Deputies mentioned an assault in chambers and their accounts of the incident are neither supported by the audio recording that I made during the incident nor are they consistent with each other.

Jackson County justice is in the hands of incompetent bureaucrats. If you get the bureaucrats in a room to agree, you can just about prove anything. They can usually agree not to disagree and they always look for the easy way out.
