This past week was the first time since my arrest in April, that the prosecution has shared with me their story of the events. There are so many misperceptions, misleading statements, lies and twisted personal vendettas out there that it will be a small feat to prove there is a conspriacy of action.
I am tempted to say more. I believe their statments are not protected by any privilege. When the time is right you will see it all. I will move forward from where I began. Together we can achieve our goal of good government.

Make a long story short for you Rebel, Bob had his a@# kicked and arrested for doing what he does and that was showing political views at a meeting. County Bounty's thought they were justified my the beating and they weren't by no means. They are getting in trouble at headquarters over what they did so now they are thinking up lies to justify everything and it is unraveling for obvious reasons.
From the way you asked you had no clue that our long time political buddy was in deep crap with the government right now. Everyone on the blog has stood behind him especially after he caught it on a voice recorder and it was plastered all over the Examiner, that is where their deep water came from. They didn't know Bob caught everything on a voice recorder and now they are panicing.

But look a little deeper and find out the guy in SL was a upright citizen that the town had been F$%%ing with for almost 14 years, seems like he was a good guy who couldn’t take it any more and snapped….
So as usual the deal is the Sheriff’s and the County Leg F%$%$ed up and rather than admit it they are layin it on Bob, cause they do Not like him any way….

It only holds together by the thread of credibility the "officials" can steal from their public office.
It is disgusting to know that some may be persuaded by the color of law.

It amazes me how some "officials" can continually project the burdens caused by their own mistakes onto families (mainly children), and still have no problem looking themselves in the mirror. I was always taught when you screw up, you admit it, take your lumps, and move on. It seems like most in Government today try to create this huge smokescreen, in order to project this "perfect" image of themselves and their organization. However, In their warped minds they are perfect, and they become offended and retaliatory if you dare question their authority. I prefer integrity and accountablility over perfection as related to our Government "officials". This type of problem solving by means of cover-up causes more work in the end. Then the truth (Youtube doumentary/ book) comes out, and they are in a worse, more expensive, and embarrassing position than before. A major problem is that our "Officials" are employing "leaders" who are known selfish, dishonest harrassing bullies (Review one City Attorney's prior job record), as these types have no problem directing unethical cover- ups. However, when you sleep with skunks you smell like skunks. I guess a few of our "leaders" missed that "honesty is the best policy" lesson that my kids are currently learning in elementary school. Maybe while they are participating in the YouthFriends program they should take a few notes...

Fearless Leaders
In this case, tow county counselors provide testermony about what a difficult person I have been to the County. They describe all the legal hoops we have gone through giving there opinions about my character without providing the specific issues. Namely, Mark Jones and Arthur Hogg, refer to my numerous records requests and dogging JCSD and the Ethics Commission to abide by the law.
Opinions not facts. Hogg is the one who signed the orders to have me jailed because Henry Rizzo was obviously tainted with a personal vendetta against me.
What I found particularly disturbing was that the 2nd and 3rd officers did not file a report until MONTHS later.
Officers cite the two other witness as newpaper reporters (STAR and Examiner) but never get a statment from either one. Only months later (June and July) are Jones and Hogg interviewed. Both claimed the officers conduct to be exemplary. Despite my loud complaints about being brutalized they both walked away before the incident was over so they would not need to claim they witnessed the deputies "twisting the cuffs", slamming me numerous times into the walls, elevator doors and generally inflicting unnecessary pain.
Prosecutor Jim Kanatzar and Dan Tarwater's testimony is also no where to be found, eventhough Rizzo's statement refers to them. Looks like sloppy work or an attempt to avoid dealing with the credibility issue.
Its so funny because...
Our Founding Fathers told us to question our government/authority figures whenever they should get out of line and that we had every right to do something about it. Yeah the government does everything in its power to make themselves look like the good guys that can do no wrong. Its sad because whenever something major happens and the people don't know what to do, they go ask the federal government for help. Thats probably the worst thing you can do. Its probably better to just sit back and do nothing then to get the government involved and let them give you THEIR solution to the problem. A problem that they were more than likely responsible for creating in the first place!

Everyone needs to question our city and county governments around here, for the fact they are so corrupt and they think they can get away with it. The sad thing is most of the time they can because not many people will go up against them. That is what makes this case with Bob so interesting, because we all know they will find a way to get out of this and make Bob look bad. The problem on their stupidity is that Bob is well-known and well liked and anyone that knows him will back him and not them. We will see what is going to happen. The more support Bob has the better they look bad and unsupported in their actions. If we cannot fight them in person we will do it through a well-known person and get him what he needs.

Here is an excerpt from Rizzo's statement to the investigator:
Mr. Rizzo added he had received several telephone calls from an unknown female who stated during each call, "Don't lie about Bob Witbolsfuegen. It's wrong." He stated the phone calls ceased after Mr. Witbolsfuegen filed the ethics complaint.
Mr. Rizzo further stated he believes Mr. Witbolsfuegen is emotionally disturbed, and all of the women at the various Courthouse offices are in fear of him. Mr. Rizzo would like to see him prohibited from attending the legislative meetings in the future.

Those ladies are not scared of you, because you are harmful and they have at least 3 jurisdictional cops around them at all times and you know this. We as americans have the Bill of Rights to CYA and I don't have to remind you of them, but for the rest of you it would be our First Amendment. Our officials need to remember that they cannot violate our amendments rights just because they feel they are unjust.
Does anyone know who the "unknown female" was that supposedly placed these phone calls to him? I find it rather funny that this all has come up since they know they were in the wrong. By the way man you are emotionally disturbed especially since the whole arrest issue. Just kidding.... LOL....

Henry Rizzo the Pyromaniac
From Henry's report and the female's counter to it, he argues for a strong motive to perpetuate that fear. Henry's paranoia tries to tie many unrelated events together. When his wife resigned her job as Stringfield's aide, as chairman, he ordered the financial officer to create another job for her in the county clerk's office. As a non-merit employee, she was not entitled to get a transfer after quitting her job. Dennis Waits put advantaged the moment to put his daughters into jobs in the Prosecutors’ office under the tutelage of Mike Sanders.
The Ethics complaint was about Nepotism but Henry believes it was retaliation for him telling the deputies to give me a hard time. Henry actual admits he told the deputies to pull me out of the meeting. The deputies give varied accounts about how that took place. It is obvious they feel the need to cover for the public official to some degree, but none would have taken action without his intervention.
Henry admits to watching the assault inside and outside Legislative chambers. His story of events reminds me of a "pyromaniac" who tries to help the firefighters put out the fire that he started. He even enlists the participation Dan Tarwater to be the person who tells him the house is on fire. Henry says he and Dan Tarwater saw me push the deputy TWICE, as I was exiting Legislative Chambers. No deputy mentions any incident as we leave the room.
As a gov't official....
They have to serve and protect them a heck of a lot more than they will the people.
Rizzo's wife doesn't need a county job of any kind, and to use your power in that way or someone else use your power that way is b.s. at that point we need to get rid of them for stupidity and nothing more or less. There again we need to get all new legislative chairpeople and city officials so we can regain our city and county back before they bankrupt all of us.
You don't have to leave a legislative meeting just because they don't like you and they were showing intimidation and it sounds like it was just directed to you only. By doing that they intimidated everyone in that chamber to prove they won't take it. They only want people there that are going to agree to them because they don't want the disagreement to go on record. I never cared to much for Dennis Waits, he is no kind of a lawyer and to me he is a piss ant little boy trying to make it in a big man's world averaging on the age level of a 3 year old.
By the way I will be changing my screenname one here to Gayle so everyone will know exactly who I am. That way when I tick off someone they at least knows who ticked them off.
