 Well in all my life I never thought Id be complaining about noise from a cemetery  LOL It has been going all day and still going strong... Loud music and yelling over a loud speaker its a carnival. I was told it is the celebration of the dead????? I respect all cultures but when the don't respect my piece and quiet I get a little testy. Mt washington sure has got on my bad side.

 Hi all I am new to this site. Thank you Elisa for telling me about this. I have been a resident of Indep., most of my life. I live in the neighborhood I grew up in, and there has been some improvements all around my area, but since we don't seem to have any public officials or their families living within our boundries it seems anything goes.
