.....that didn't take as long as I thought..........not one rushing touchdown for the Chief's this year anyway.........
( Newser) – The Kansas City Chiefs released Larry Johnson today, following a 2-week suspension for insulting coach Todd Haley. The running back had referred to Haley using gay slurs on his Twitter page, and then repeated the comments to reporters a day later. He leaves the team having rushed for 5,996 yards, just 74 yards short of the Chiefs' rushing record, which was set by Priest Holmes, the Kansas City Star reports.

Eldoggg, I had a hunch it would be sooner than later...you simply cannot call your boss out publicly and still keep your job, especially after LJ's past behavior here in Kansas City.

......ROFL...........I couldn't resist ............this is what I call "streamlined blogging"..............
Greetings Master Torianoporter .
I must say that is quite a lengthy name of some honor .
If I may inquire , of what origin is that honorable name?
It appears that Master Johnson is so aptly named for his description .
Larry is a johnson .
Evidence of men living up to their namesake .
Good day .

..........here's the dog's prediction........Johnson is done here as he wants to be............Haley doesn't want to send the message to the other players that they can insult him and get a one -way ticket out of town.......that also would make him look thin skinned and not necessarily concerned about what the players think..........that being said?............to do the deed in a slightly more "NFL way" , or with a little more finesse?.................I predict that Johnson will play in an even more limited capacity than he has for a few games ...........Johnson isn't going to help or hurt the Chiefs the rest of the year..........and he will be released after this season..........giving things a chance to die down , and taking the focus off his antics as a reason to dismiss him.......after his disappointing numbers this year , any idiot in their right mind could see that the Chiefs have a valid reason to "let Johnson go" regardless of his stupidity...............I would imagine that things might be uncomfortable for Johnson in the locker room for the rest of the year..........and after his "homosexual slurs?"...............combined with his checkered past and lackluster numbers the last few years?.............he'll be lucky if Detroit will pick him up for $500,000 a year.................but perhaps that would be where L.J. would be the best fit................then he can rent a limo and parade around with the other pimps..............in the "Motormouth City"..........ROFLMDAO.........

Good morning Toriano and Largro! If either parties are not happy with each other then yes they need to cut their losses and part ways. If they cannot trade him to another team then bench him for the rest of the season, then trade him at the end of the season!

From what I've been hearing and reading Kansas City is not happy with Larry Johnson being here either.
