Oh, come on MMinnoe, you know you have things they could take, they just wouldn't want them. It is against the law to slander someone without proof of truth, but there are ways of getting on peoples nerves and make them admit the truth without breaking the law. I do it all the time and it is fun!

It's all about common sense
If you don't say things that aren't true, you pretty much won't get in trouble. There's also some copyright issues in there as well, but if you aren't making money off of copyrighted items and you give credit for those items, there's not much that can be said about it.
If you're talking about someone make sure that the statements aren't defammatorty and you're not putting out personal information like SSN, addresses, phone numbers and such that wouldn't be public information.
Most of this is common sense stuff and I doubt that very many people at all will get sued. However, Kudos to the company that thought to sell insurance for it even if it is pretty expensive.
