An increase of 40% construction cost in the last six months… since 2005 it’s probable closer to 70%
At the Council they all grilled the hell out of the guys from Freedom Landing, making them swear they were aware of increases and working them into the budget…
This contract with Global was hatched in 20005…
What has the increase been since then???
Miasek of Youngstown said they did some checking and found out they could get a much better ticket deal with Ticketmaster.
They said they made a better deal with SMG of Philly to handle booking and marketing.
Couldn’t we make a better deal with them too?????
Money is going to be tight in the world for the next few years, even in INDEP. If they let this questionable Company lead them down the primrose path on this, the entire town could feel the pinch of going broke…
