I sold a gun to Patty Hearst one time ..
When I had the gun shop and she had been cleared she had married Berney and they cam into my gun shop…
I knew who she was the min she came in the door..
Berney caught my eye and he knew, I knew.
I didn’t say anything just hi I be with U in a minute…
I finished up with the people I had sold a rife too said good by and went over and locked the door…
Berney said U know who I am? I said maybe, but I do know who she is…
I sold them a browning Hi Power, with a 15 shot clip, and two boxes of ammo…
We had a nice visit, talked like old friends, they appreciated the fact I treated them normal, gave them a break…
Berney was still a fed marshal and had his ID so I let them take the gun and walk out the door..
That was in 1979, I remember it like it happened yesterday… they had been in the news for 8 years and here they were in my shop, in my mind I was a part of history that no one will ever know about…
My point is, Obama a young community activist gets a chance to meet Ayres, maybe get hi and eat a pizza,
Hang out talk to the guy, get into his head…
U don’t think he will remember it???
I don’t care that he did or did not meet him…
I DO CAR E THAT HE LIED ABOUT IT…

Wasn't that good of an attorney and now he has been disbarred for misconduct. What I find funny is that it took Jimmy Carter and Bill Clinton to get her out of her mess. Does it really matter who he met when he was younger considering the guy was already in trouble when Obama was little? MMinnoe I do understand your point, but everyone has a past and not everyone likes to talk about. Maybe and I don't know, but maybe he has a reason for lying about it if it did in fact happen. Like embarrassment or something like that! Grasping straws.

The looks, The remarks, when they realized I was going to be sympathetic they opened up a little…when they knew I wasn’t goin to ask dumb questions they talked to me, like they knew me and it was cool…
Well if I had been a community Organizer in Chicago in the Time
Ayes was a God, to activists and to meet him, because your wives worked together and he came over and we hung out, and when I started my politico campaign, he helped and we sit on some community boards together, wow I would remember every word,
and he does too, THAT’S WHAT HE’S LYIN ABOUT…
He lied about what?
I don't believe he lied about meeting Ayers. It's hard to go to somebody's house and not meet him. In fact, he said in his opinion he was rehabilitated. That was the government's opinion too or he wouldn't have been walking out on the street.
Maybe he did or didn't hang out with him and get inside his head. Maybe he is lying about it because all the sudden people will say that he was all buddy buddy with terrorists.
Or maybe people want to think he's lying to justify whatever preconceived notions they have about Obama.
U live in a 1.6 million $ house?
He does right out of law school, How did that happen?
How did he pay for H Law? no records of student loans...
I don't want to think these guys, OWN HIM
but if He keeps up as he has what can we think...
I think he should came clean he's gonna win I saw that a week ago..
Now I would like to see him win with CLEAN HANDS
Who cares?
Who cares how he paid for Harvard. Maybe he found $100,000 on the street, maybe Harvard gave him scholarships, all that doesn't matter to me. All I care about knowing about either one of these candidates is what do they want to do to help the country. Anything else is sidetracking the policies they want to implement. I'm with ya on not wanting him to owe favors to criminals, but I betcha if you look at most politicians that they all owe somebody something.
Our society has become shallow sheep. Who cares what Paris or Britny are doing? Who cares who wins Survivor, Dancing with the stars, American Idol or any of those shows. They are marketed to shallow people and those people follow along with the program like sheep. Once upon a time, people used to care about their neighbors, their communities, and their country, it's not like that anymore because as a society we are being dumbed down. Until people stand up and start saying that they don't care about petty stuff and start caring about more important issues than LIndsay Lohan's DUI convictions, I don't have much hope for the USA.
My problem is

What ever he did back then doesn’t make him a question, lying about it does…

that any politician is entirely truthful? They even have a saying, I was for it before I was against it. It just doesn't matter to me who he associated with when he was younger. All I want to know is what are his plans now
Lied
Obama has changed his story several times when addressing the Ayers relationship, and Ayers wasn't walking the streets because the government thought he had been rehabilitated. He was free because the government prosecuting attorney screwed up the case and it was dismissed for procedural reasons. As recently as 2001 Ayers has admitted to the bombings and professed that he was only sorry that he had not done more. Doesn't sound rehabilitated to me.
He hasn't been charged with anything again....
so by definition that would be rehabilitated. Sounds to me like he started living by society's rules and quit being radical, which lots of people in the 60's and early 70's were.
Once again, I can care less about who has associated with, what I'm interested in is what can he do for the country.
