Hunts are the Chief's biggest Problem???
 
For years they have just raked off the gravy with no concern for the product they were serving?  That's why Peterson lasted so long he made them "lots" of money……
Now we are in a 5 or 6 year rebuilding period with a new group and we find out they are Golfers???
The Head Coach NEVER played football????
I could tell from day one the guy had NO FOOTBALL since by his play calling….
But when the stands start going 1/2 full then we may get a change????
But the Hunts get paid either way???? Win or Lose….

Maybe that's why I have such a hard time caring about professional sports:     because, no matter how you slice it, it's a rich man's game.
 
Make us pay for your stadiums, then charge through-the-nose for tickets, parking, concessions, etc.   Who can afford it?
 
The rich invest in the teams and only the rich can afford to go see them more than once in a blue moon.
 
(I'll admit to being cynical and probably overly generalistic here.)

..........they won a Superbowl in the 60's..........1993 and 1995 were fun years to be a Chief's fan............lol......it gives people something to do that don't go to church on Sunday morning...........and they can drink most of the day in public without harassment from police.........how great is THAT?..............eat brats with cheese and smoke whatever it is that they smoke..............lol.........................on the smoker that is..............it's more fun than watching Geroge Stephanopolis on Sunday morning TV...............albeit more expensive.....for many they can ride a big bus and bond with their "manly man " friends......without the watchful eye of mama............I'm convinced that's why a LOT of men build woodshops ,  or go hunting ,  or  go to sporting events of teams that LOSE constantly..........and where else , besides the Plaza , can you get an $8 beer?...............where else can you pay $20 to park and be HAPPY about it..............I think fans are HYPNOOOOOO TIIIIIIIIIIIZED  .............ROFLMDAO...............just think if the fans invested that season ticket money in the 80's to "Home Depot" stock or Microsoft?........................they coulda bought a suite at  Arrowhead.........maybe even their OWN team.................(sigh).....................

Pro sports are a bottomline business at the end of the day.

With the NFL set up it really doesn't matter if U win or lose the team Owners split up the $$$$$$$$$
So a losing team like the Chiefs can actually make more $$$$$ than a winner????
What do U think of a Golfer for a head coach????

......gotta be honest here .........I'm willing to bet 90% of all NFL coaches , assistants  and staff ALL play golf............the golf really has NOTHING to do with anything............does one HAVE to have played the game to understand the game?..............why would that be?.................aren't some people smarter than others?.......aren't some players too stupid to coach?.............there are a LOT of roads we COULD go down here.........do we REALLY  want to bother going down ANY of them?................nah...............if there had been another better choice of  general manager and/or  head coach ,  I could understand the criticism of Haley more.....and yeah , he has made bad choices in play calling..........and yeah , he didn't come here to BE an offensive coordinator............and when you're LOSING ,  everybody points the finger..............he's the goat..............but the truth is ?.......with the skeleton Carl & Co. left us with for a team , the best coach in the NFL would probably have the same record here ,  or one very close.................we need talent .......we need experience for the players becoming cohesive together.........we need an offensive coordinator.......we need a running back.,..........we need receivers..............ROFLMDAO.........we need an offensive line...........is it REALLY all Haley's fault?.............because he wasn't a "player?"...........because he likes "golf?"................seriously.................give the man some time...............he's starting from scratch here..............

Seems to me I read KU's head coach and another head coach of the Big 12 had no ex-player experience. I really don't see the need for that on your resume as much as W-L record
