If U have a house in the neighborhood that’s gets continuous flow of traffic at all hours of the day and night, they are breakin the Law is some form…
Gamblin, drugs or sex…
Drug deals take about 3 minutes, so if cars stop and go all day and night they are selling drugs…
Best thing to do is watch and collect evidence… take pictures of the cars and people, write down Lic plate #’s and chart the times they come and go… Then U have something to take to the IPD…
Don’t engage them…
Stay out of the fray let the IPD do their JOBS…
The last thing they want is attention, so shine a light on their operation…
I bought a digital camera off E-bay with a 10x zoom for under $50, it will take a good Picture a block away…
The problems are going to get worse as the economy gets worse. The average guy gets started selling dope to make ends meet for his family, most have no idea what they are getting into, no matter what their age.
I worked in the Recovery Community in Joplin for 13 years, I ran a half way house, worked with Cons, destroyed families, broken hearted children. We need to get a handle on this before it gets to the stage it is in KC…
WE SHOULD PUSH FOR EVERY NEIGHBORHOOD TO HAVE A CRIME WATCH GROUP…
Lets let the Mayor & Council know we won’t settle for the MUCHROOM THEORY any longer…

Ther's a website called Rotten Neighbor,& you can submit the address of the alledged dealers,sex offenders,etc.&
they "mark" the house with icons,showing the place,& what the "good" neighbor believes is going on.Pretty cool!

U can make a difference…
A year and half ago I was coming down 23rd past Backyard Berger in my wheel chair, and noticed Two jeeps in the Aldies Parking lot across the street,
they were up in the NE corner.
Weren’t going to store just hanging out and making noise…
As I watched them, I realized they were selling drugs, cars came and went for about 30 minutes and I lost interest…
a few days later I spotted them again, same routine..
So I came home an Blogged about it, and with in a day or two they were gone…
They are probably still selling dope but not in that lot…
That’s all it takes to move them around, they are like ROACHES, TURN ON THE LIGHTS THEY RUN..
