Would tell you not to touch, but stupid overcomes people a lot of the time. The problem with common sense not too many people have it anymore otherwise we would have to worry about some much stupidity. By the way some people will make you pay, but if a judge is any type of judge you shouldn't have too. Do we need to talk on the phone?

That is why I love my famous phrase at the end of all my post. Me and my daddy live by it and we never budge from it at all.

Only if you have money. If the person that hurt themself don't think they can get anything, they won't. If they think some money can be made for their own stupidity, they'll sue you in a New York minute. Remember the woman that sued McDonalds for the hot coffee? If the coffe wouldn't have been hot, she would have complained about that.

Too many people don't want to work anymore. They want everything handed to them.
