Circuit City is gone and Best Buy is on the ropes..
If Macy’s pulls out of Indep. Center, and we have gang problems we had last year this Mall could go the way of Banister Mall & Blue Ridge…

Honestly.....
Macy's was there once before and then the Jones Store took over and then Macy's decided to take control again. I knew they would go under as soon as I found out they were taking over again. There stuff is too expensive so it was a matter of time before they went out.

Alot of retailers are worried even with christmas coming up here. I know me and my family are big time cutting back. I'm laid off AGAIN so all I want for christmas is a good secure job! It's only gonna get worse here! I'm you guys have all heard about the record sales of guns and ammo here lately too right? I need to go get me a good gun and some ammo before its all gone!

I would bite the bullet and buy one from a shop so all the paper work is straight… Last thing U want is to get caught carry a stolen gun? The are a couple of on line auctions that offer good prices all legal…
Have U ever fired a hand gun before? If not I would suggest a revolver they are safer for new comers.

I'd really like to just at least get a 9mm pistol or something. Or a shotgun shoot I dont care really, just something for some protection. Yeah theres a place out here in G.V. that sells guns that looks pretty good. I was gonna go check it out here sometime soon.

I'm actually trying to get into something a little more steady, if that actually exists right now, other than construction. I've been doing commercial and residential new construction the last four years and I'm sick of getting laid off every few months. So I'm looking into a decent paying warehouse/forklift job. I wanted to try to get a job at Home Depot because I'm there all the time anyways and I've applied for alot of the positions there, but never get a response and my wifes cousins husband just told me that Home Depot has actually been laying off a lot of people there. And this guy is one of their lead electricians in their department at the Lee's Summit Rd. location. So yeah it sucks right now....

I went through this in the 70's in SF...
I had a real state Lic and no one could get a lone, interest was 22% on most people there ...
I traded a town Car for a Pick up and went to work, for my self... put an ad in the penny saver and started in... didn’t make a lot at first but if I made a $1.00 I got to keep the entire dollar... collected unemployment until it ran out and by then I was working steady as a handy man/painter/elect/ carpenter etc...I made up bus cards and walked around Frisco and past them out at Real state offices and Hardware stores, go to Lowe’s and hang out, U see a guy getting ready to buy $400 worth of tools to do a job he'll never do again, tell him U'll do it tomorrow for $100?
I worked for more than 10 years like that and made around $90 grand a year... and I remembered that income tax was a voluntary program... I sort of paid what I figured my share was...
The key is no one can afford to call a lic election, but U get your name out and U will be busy as U want to be...
I got to a point I had to plan to take 15 days in Aug to go hunting ...
I had work lined up 6 months in advance....
The prob with these box store jobs they will cut out Bennies, first thing and go to a Wal-mart schedule where no one works 40 hours a week so every one is part time...

A shot gun would be good for a confrontation when all of those al-CIA-da terrorists show up at your door and want to round you and your family up and take you away, for your own safety and protection of course, to one of their FEMA concentration camps...duh!....
