.......the FIRST thing I thought was arson.............hard to imagine the owner doing it with his money........not worth hiring somebody and going to jail these days...........they can just about tell what kind of cologne the arsonist had on when he set the fire......apparantly there were TWO suspects....wonder why it took so long to find the second man pics?................is it a relative of the family?... they don't  know WHO anybody is yet.......the only telling thing is about Rod.........not that he hired counsel but that they felt they had enough to go after him..........I ALWAYS think the worst about restaurant fires.........ESPECIALLY in today's economy..................grease fires........electrical fires..............it's a business rife with possibilities for insurance abuse...........that particular restaurant was one of my favorite places to eat for years.........I wonder if competition from the "Power & Light District" was hurting them..........sounds like there might be some funny business going on with the surveillance tapes.........again hard to believe thet Rod Anderson would have any ties to the tape photos which he KNEW would scrutinzed..........but he did stop taling and he DID hire legal counsel........and he IS the one who stood to benefit ,  I assume...............hard to fool those ATF boys..........it would seem that a fire that destroyed the cameras early from electrical wiring would have been preferable to  throwing some gas on the floor................I mean ...........IF you're going to do that sort of thing...............that fire was easily identifiable..........so the WHO and the WHY would be the first questions from investigators...........and having the arsonist / arsonists IN the place ?...........keys?............broken locks?.............sounds like the whole thing was poorly thought out and executed by the "three stooges"................
