61-year old woman passenger died?

Any one know what happened in the wreck yesterday where the 61-year old woman passenger died?
Ex says it was an accident.
Car driven by former KC Chief hit a car broad side and the woman passenger in said car was killed and it was an accident?????????
Who did what and how is it an accident???
Did the guy in the car with the lady pull out in front of former Chief?
No matter what, is that a negligent Homicide? Vehicular manslaughter?
Dragon Lady U know about this stuff help out here ????

.......I also noticed the glaring lack of information.....it's always an accident when one car hits another......it's not usually a  decision to "take out" a complete stranger.......if they meant no one  was at fault ?......they should SAY that.......our justice system is a "good ole boy" network........it's all about money.......and how much the judge likes the attorney.....if they went to law school together......maybe if the defense attorney is a prosecutor in another city.....maybe they're owed a favor from another case......then there's the "cash" factor........and the golf course.....and for those people who don't believe  THIS goes on?.......you need to "get out " more often......there's CONSTANTLY cases where these people in our justice system are caught.......judges included........so you know there are many at a lower level who are willing to "look the other way" or make a decision that will impact their carreer in a positive way........kind of like how our city manager's case was dropped for "lack of evidence" in a DUI case in Lee's Summit.....gimme a break......they had as much evidence as they EVER do....breathalyzer.......walk like an airplane while saying the alphabet backwards.......there's the recent case of the Cleveland football player who killed a guy while driving intoxicated.........and got 30 days in jail...........30 DAYS !!!......but he made an "undisclosed " settlement with the family of the nice Cuban man.......who may or may not have been a citizen.........before someone writes in and informs me that Baldinger wasn't drinking.......I KNOW that.......I like the guy.......I hope he's not at fault.......but the glaring way the information has been made available?.........and a death was involved?........it has that stinky smell of something being swept under the rug to placate those who like box seats..................

I'm with you Mminnoe. The lady reportedly was riding in a car East bound on 40 hwy. Baldinger was North bound on Bowlin. Is the intersection controlled by a signal light or a simple stop sign? Accident infers somebody goofed. In this case, who? What were the circumstances that no charges of any kind were filed? Please Examiner, complete the story.

to get one that will work on local PoooLiccceee & fire Ur lookin over $500, on a fixed income that's a chunk

That is expensive!  I had on years ago, then I bought a book with program numbers.  Maybe the Examiner will have a contest and give one away.

Friend who lets us blog? Who puts our letters to the editor in the hands of the people. The Examiner deals with all of us. They could end the blogs. They could print just part of our letters like The Star has for me. Give me The Examiner because they do take pride in what they do and I Love that. They give us the space we need to tell our side of the issues. These guys do a great job for us over and over again. They win awards over the rest of the papers out here. For a Home Town Paper they are the greatest in my book. Sure we would all Love more thats the way it always will be. The bottom line is they are a Great Home Town Paper.   xox

U know I love the EX, were talkin a Pooolicceee scanner? They make them very hard to get and Hi cost and changing often..... they   don't want people listen to   police calls...
