( Newser) – Rush Limbaugh doesn’t think the Nobel committee members were trying to honor President Obama—he thinks they’re trying to “emasculate" the United States. “With this ‘award’ the elites of the world are urging Obama, THE MAN OF PEACE, to not do the surge in Afghanistan,” he wrote in an e-mail to Politico. “They love a weakened, neutered US.” He added that he thought the award was a “greater embarrassment” than losing the 2016 Olympics.
Other conservatives sounded the same theme. “Utterly ridiculous,” said one GOP strategist. “The credibility of the Nobel Peace Prize has … hit rock bottom.” Mike Huckabee, with his eye on Obama's job, struck a slightly less inflammatory note: "The better response is simply to allow those on the left to explain what he did in his first two weeks as president that merited such recognition."

......... this is the voice that lent "spiritual guidance" to the Obamas for 20 years..........perhaps the Norwegians meant the "piece prize"..........a prize for breaking America into pieces...........no wonder the European leaders , Middle Eastern peoples and the dictators love "their favorite son"............

Nominated 12 days after taking the oath of office for the Presdency. Does anybody doubt that this was preordained?

I don't agree with him winning this early in his presidency. He might be talking the talk, but we haven't really had time to see if anything really comes of it.

.............well there you go.......I haven't even turned on a national news channel yet...............I'm not upset over it...........but I definitely think it's a very curious choice.............maybe the Norwegians have been smoking the "peace pipe"............ROFL..............at one of their coffee shop combos......................I'm sorry , did I miss something?..........."extraordinary efforts by Obama?".................erhh?.......because of an "apology tour" around the world?.................and a couple speeches to the U.N.?...........then I remembered that they also gave it to Jimmy Carter...............I'm wondering if the "Nobel Peace Prize" is all it used to be.......I think it's great that he won it after just 8 months in office............but I'm scratching my head at the "extraordinary efforts" comment by the Norwegian Nobel committee..........I'm thinking of other past winners and their efforts and quite frankly I fail to see Obama as even a likely candidate for just a few speeches read from a teleprompter............written by some professional speech writer............what else is he going to say about nuclear disarmament?.............let's amp it up and blow up the Earth?....lol..........what else is he going to say about the United Nations?.........when he's giving a speech TO the United Nations................perhaps this blog could be construed by another Nobel winner as "racist".......Jimmy Carter of course.......... what Carter said about Americans  certainly isn't contributing to the "peace" of the United States............and so it is.........our new prez  , who is bringing unprecedented unrest and division to the United States  , is the winner of the Nobel  "peace prize"........ironic huh?.............
