Welcome to Our Community the land of if we don't admit we see, speak or hear about Gangs maybe just maybe they will all go away. You and I both know that will not work. In fact we will see it GROW as we are now. We both know it 's used by Gangs to communicate, claim territory, recuit new members, and threaten rival Gangs provoking violent confrotation. The longer graffiti is left up, the greater the risk that threats will be acted upon. We have had Gang graffiti in Rotary Park forever on the pumphouse. We have had the Police in the park many times. Last week we had the parking lot full of kids on the ground with officers from one end of the park to the other. I was called by a parent at work to go check on her kids. I feel like I live and work in a WAR ZONE. Over at the Cler-Mont Park Our City keeps on replacing the park tables. The kids burn them and destroys them like a game. The kids are going around with guns in our city and who cares, who cares that we have Gangs and Violence? Talk to me.
 

Come out and support your community. This is a very informative meeting. If you care about your Neighorhood you
will come. We can't fight crime and solve problems with out working together. I hope to see each of you.
