Who has a copy of the Secret State Police Report? What can you tell us about it? I do have one if you want to see how crazy things have become. It's my hope someone will do this honor. I know you are out there.

I live on Walnut Street by the Peace Fountain. My friends on our street have been hit by crime. Some call 911 some don't. We have a tow truck that comes and takes cars and even a truck loaded with tools. We don't know him and that's a good thing for him. Today one of my friends walked up to tell me our friend who has lost her husband and has cancer was broke into. I have been walking our street till now to warn more of our friends. The reports I have on our street has my head spinning. I am mad we had some gangster shooting his gun down a alley last week.

Dear Bloggers and Friends Mminnoe got his little lady back from the snow storm. All is well now. Thanks to a very nice little couple Rickey and Holly. In day's of what's in it for me? We meet two wounderful people who just want to do the right thing to help a fellow man find his best friend. They did it by a simple act of kindness. They saw Little Miss Sara chasing cars today. They took her home and made a sign that read Found Dog It's a small white dog with long hair and a harness call (XOX) XOX-XOXO Then BINGO Mminnoe got his Miracle and they all lived Happy Ever After The End XOX

We have a great story in The Examiner today on this. I look forward to hearing from Civil and Mminnoe. Why and how is Edwards not disclosing the sale price of phase 1 or 2.  Who is he to say it will not be made public till after their closing? It was my understanding the sale price to him is around 2M. How can we find out. Why is he trying to hide it?

In the Wed. March 25th Examiner I loved the Quick 5 questions Dale Brendel asked our editorial cartoonist and district manager for The Examiner Joe Liccar. I so Love his work I have framed some of it. Did you know he will draw you any of his wounderful cartoons for a small price? Then the "Funniest Guy In Town" takes all of that $$$    and gives all of it to one of the sadest places a women and her child or children have to go Hope House. Please do not think that I am saying Hope House is a bad place.

Children in foster care do deserve and need state aid as an open letter to the Missouri House of Representatives Budget Committee Chairman Allen Icet received from Lois McDonald. What foster children need more than money is the current child-protection system to be replaced with one that offers real hope to abused and neglected children. The war against child abuse has become a war against children. Our "Child Protection System," in fact has hurt many of the children they were intended to help.

Independence this is your chance to be part of the solution to help push crime away. Many of you have not come to the Town Hall Meetings Our Police and Fire Chiefs have had. To date they have had around 10 citizens show up and alot of city staff for the last 3 meetings. This will be the last Town Hall Meeting tonight. Have you had a problem with crime? The IPD wants to reach out to you and ask you this. What are your concerns? How would you like them to police us? I would like to know myself how you feel.

Do not miss the story Dale Brendel contributed to called Case dismissed. I have a question for Mr Toriano L. Porter. Who was the Judge who agrees with Heacock's attorney on insufficient evidence for DWI when Heacock had the blood alcohol level registered at 0.09. It looks like if you are above 0.01 in Missouri you my not have broken the law after all. Mr Heacock told The Examiner he is glad the case is over. He has grown from it. All I would like to know is . Who was that Judge? Mr. Heacock is free of legal consequences. He has his driving privileges restored.

Please tell me do we want to push crime away? Do we want to have the illusion we are crime free? Do we care about the City of Independence to put on our big boy and girl pants. What I am talking about is we have a choice. We can have a image problem and care more about what people see, or we can care more about educating people on how to truly work on pushing crime away. One store got hit yesterday around 5:00 AM. Please do not ask what store because I will not tell you.

On the Opinion page today you will find a letter to the aditor by T. J. Smith. What do you think Inpependence. 

I just ran across this and wanted you to see it. Jeff Workman had this posted 5 days ago on another spot. "I think the city needs to find another way of dealing with the residents that are VICTIMS!!! of these vandals. Please find some way of helping the people in these hard ecomic times show a inovative way of dealing with the thugs that think they have the right to damage peoples property.

We are in the days of entering a epidemic of inexcusable innocent bloodshed Independence. The Independence School District tells us they are Inspiring lives of integrity with their character plus program. This months character the children are learning about and practicing is Initiative. If Independence wants to instill this very significant character into our children the best way would be show them an example. Please do not let Jeffreys Friends and Family down. Do not let his death go in vain.

Please get the word out like you life was counting on it. We have Our Old Hospital on Truman road that has become a Gang Banging Magnet no one cares much about. It has been covered with Gang language from top to bottom. It has become a nightmare to the ones who live near it. We have had Gang language even written the streets. I have had to threaten a press conference to get Centerpoint Medical Center to clean it up. Please drive by and look at the mess we have. Do not miss the building that has Gang language on the frount of it , with the windows broke out of it and chunks tore off of it.
