I am not new to computers by any means but am new to blogging so please bear with me on my typing and sometimes rambling.
As far as who do you blame? It's not a one person or one organization problem. I personally have had issues with both the QC organization AND the City of Independence. Neither one really care about us. With QC, on several occasions this past summer the Muddogs team played a game against another team (obviously) and had blatant rules violations against us. When QC was called to see what was need to file a protest, we were told to not pursue it because it wasn't worth it. If it is PRINTED for all to see, why should we ignore rules violations in our league? In fact, one of the games was an inter-league game. We were told not to pursue that one because we would win the fight BUT would make the other league mad and pull out of future inter-league play with QC. So that tells me and the other league that it's ok to come to QC turf and break any rules you want. It'll be dismissed. That is insane ! No, I'm not a coach of the Muddogs. I am a parent of one of it's team members. I was asked by the coaching staff to watch for rules violations so that they could focus on coaching the games.
Issue with the City? I had 2 ATV's stolen right out of my shed. I live within distance of Chrisman High School's video surveilance camera. The police would NOT request a copy of the footage because it wasn't a big enough dollar amount crime. I don't know about the rest of you, but having $7500.00 worth stolen is not chump change. Finally with a few calls to our City Council Member, my wife got her to go to the schools and demand a copy of the video footage. I have a hard copy of that footage, I also have statements from 2 neighbors that seen a vehicle parked in the alley between our neighborhood and the school property. I KNOW where that vehicle belongs in this neighborhood. With all this info and the video footage, the Police department still will not work my case because of the dollar amount. Why? They don't care.
Something does need to be done about the lack of upkeep in our city's baseball parks. I agree. But finding someone to listen and do something about it at either QC or the City of Independence is like looking for that needle in a hay stack. They may listen but action speaks volumes.
As far as declining interest in involvment in the league? When there are so many problems with the league, most people don't want anything to do with the problems and coach or take their kids elsewhere to play. Even with that, if I had a normal 9-5 or similar job, I would love to help coach the kids. But my job requires me to work from 6AM til 6PM or later. I can't speak for everyone, but for me, that is why I am not involved.
Thanks for all of you that made it this far in my 1st blog attempt. You are a trooper. ;)
Just a short comment....I understand the issue of rules violations with the interleague scenario. I helped to set up the interleague scenario. Without interleague, the leagues of Blue Springs, Fort Osage, Oak Grove and Queen City would not be able to schedule games for teams. Prior to interleague we were running into issues where we would have one team of an age of children. Nobody to play them agains so we would send them away. The interleague scenario has not been without issues. Any time you take 4 or 5 leagues and put them together you have to deal with differences in rules and expectations. The issue your team had to my recollection was over pitching limits. This has been a sore spot going back to the the 70's when I played. QCAA was the only league that went by innings pitched. Everyone else went by pitch counts. QCAA agreed to go by pitch counts for interleague games only. The conversation I had with the coaches of the Muddogs was that by rule your team had a legitimate reason to count this game as a win. I told them to do so. As the other team was from Blue Springs and outside any jurisdiction of QCAA I told the coaches there was little that QCAA could do to that team. I did send an email to the President of that league to tell him what happened. Outside of that there is nothing that can be done. EVERY season I stressed to coaches that playing by the interleague rules was important. I handled the teams from QCAA that did not. I cannot control what other leagues do. Protesting the game is important if there was a reason to protest. There is no Little League World Series on the line. We are not playing anymore for the right to go to a State Tournament. USSSA is the only affiliation in this area. They control the State Tournaments and if you want to pay to play in one you can do so. You could lose every game all summer long and still go to State. Since I had contacted the other league and had told the Muddogs to count it as a win I saw no other reason to accept the $100 fee for a protest (Also PRINTED for all to see). This amounts to nothing more than the coaches telling you what they interpreted the conversation to be.
Fact of the matter is that we are spending lots of time discussing issues that are outside the control of QCAA. This league would not exist were it not for the interleague. Plain and simple. Your division had 3 teams in it last summer. That would mean for a 14 game schedule you would have had to play each team 7 times. The bad blood would have been far worse than any pitch count issue you may have had. The complaints on rules and against umpires flew in all directions. Simply put, parents do not know how to sit back and watch their children play a game. Everyone seems to be concerned with the thought that everyone is against them. Wins make the game more fun. Nobody is disputing that. Just as an example, prior to this summer I received MANY emails and calls from a Blue Springs team about the Muddogs (the 2008 Muddogs team). Seems that one of the coaches on this team (no longer with you guys) felt it was more important to win than to play with sportsmanship. A 10 year old on the BS team only had one arm. He got on base (hit or walk) and while on first the Muddog pitcher made a pickoff attempt. The one armed player dove back in head first and with his only arm was on the bag safely. This coach hollered at the first baseman to hold the tag on him. This kid couldn't call time as he only had one arm. The umpire should have done it for him but didn't. The kid went to stand up and came off the bag. When the umpire didn't call him out the coach went on a tirade, yelling at a young man trying to umpire the game. The umpire then made the mistake of calling him out to appease the coach and got the parents of the other team in an uproar. This lead to both sides of the parents hollering at each other. What is the point? Parents need to realize that this is just a game and let the kids enjoy it. This is the major reason that coaches give to QCAA every year for not wanting to coach. Parents are TOO involved in the game and do not let them coach.
The issue of why teams are not playing in Independence has little to do with the league. It has more to do with competition levels for the Competitive Divisions and more about the way people act at the parks for the recreational divisions. Parents take their kids to BVAC and the YMCA because they do not want their kids to witness parents throwing punches and cokes at umpires, parents yelling at kids, coaches yelling at umpires.....I could go on for days about the number of parents and coaches that have been hauled away in police cars, cuffed, because they could not control themselves well enough because their kid was not playing shortstop or that the umpire made a judgment call they did not like.
Let's get back to the bigger issue. What can we do to get kids plaing these sports outside of the 2 days of practice they get each week? Look at the neighborhood parks all summer. They are empty.
I will say when my kids were playing, there were so many parents that were wanting the game to be their own personal competitive game. If they didn't get their way, they threw a temper tantrum worse than a 2 year old and that still didn't help matters. I remember one time when my oldest daughter was playing, one parent that was also a coach yelled out to take her down any way possible. The problem was she was the only girl on the team so that didn't help him at all. The coach got ticked and my hubby confronted the guy, he told my hubby that if she gets an arm or leg broke or even a nail it was part of the game. At that point I had to back my hubby down from hurting him for unfair play against a player. When we were up there this last summer for our son, he was still a coach on Machine Pitch and didn't get his way and threatened to throw a ball threw a umpires windshield. My hubby still wanted to go after him for "unfair play." This guys whatever his name was shouldn't of been a coach at all, he was turning this children's game into a personal vandetta. These kids were there to have fun, not purposely get hurt or worse over a parent not being able to do it himself in life!
Just a short comment?........ROFLMDAO........God love ya , llbillymartin...........FINALLY somebody "longer winded" than me...............

Those that know me get the humor.......
ROFLMAO.... I was thinking the same thing eldoggg. Love ya man!
THE PROBLEM WITH THE INTER CITY LEAGUES,THEY DON'T WANT US TO SAY ANYTHING BECAUSE THEY SAID IF WE RAISE TOO MUCH FLACK, THEY COULD REFUSE TO PLAY US IN THE FUTURE(qcaa LEAGUE) WHICH I DON'T HAVE A PROBLEM PLAYING BLUE SPRINGS, BUT FORT OSAGE IS WHERE ALL THE PROBLEMS WERE ABOUT THEM CHEATING BECAUSE IT WAS THEIR FIELD. AND FOR US WITH OUR FIELDS IF WE DON'T FIGHT FOR OUR KIDS NOT ONLY WITH THEIR PARKS BUT WITH SOME OF THESE THINGS GOING ON IN SCHOOLS AS WELL, NOT TO GET OFF THE SUBJECT BUT MY DAUGHTER WENT OUT FOR VOLLEYBALL THIS YEAR AND MADE B TEAM SINCE SHE DIDN'T MAKE THE "A" TEAM SHE WAS LEFT TO BASICALLY TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO PLAY ON HER OWN RIGHT ALONG WITH OTHER GIRLS WE COMPLAINED AND COMPLAINED AND ALL WE WERE TOLD WAS THAT THE COACHES HAS BEEN COACHING FOR YEARS HE'S THE BEST. NOW IF MY DAUGHTER WANTED TO PLAY NEXT YEAR SHE LEARNED ALL SHE WAS GOING TO LEARN AT THE LAST TWO GAMES SHE PLAYED AND BELIEVE IT OR NOT THEY WON MORE GAMES THEN THE A TEAM DID GO FIGURE, MY CONCERN IS THAT TEACHERS ARE ALREADY DISCRIMINATING AGAINST THESE KIDS IN SCHOOL NOW WHERE DO WE MAKE THE CHANGE OUR KIDS FIGURE THAT THEY CAN DO IT WHY CAN'T WE AND BY THE TIME THEY GET IN HIGH SCHOOL THEIR CONFEDENCE LEVEL IS VERY LOW AND IT MAKES THEM NOT WANT TO GET INVOLVED AND THEY END UP OUT ON THE STREETS DOING GOD KNOWS WHAT AND THEN THAT'S WHERE WE HAVE TO PICK UP AND TRY TO KEEP THEM INVOLVED IN SOMETHING,WHICH COMES DOWN TO OUT PARKS LET US PARENTS TEACH THEM WHAT THEY NEED TO KNOW ABOUT TRYING EVERYTHING AND FINDING SOMETHING THEIR GOOD AT SO WHEN THEY DO HAVE A CHANCE TO PLAY IN SCHOOL THEY HAVE A BETTER CHANCE OF MAKING THAT DREAM TEAM AND STAYING OFF THE STREETS. BEING THE WIFE OF A COACH IN BASEBALL THERE ARE KIDS THAT ROLL THE EYES,TALK BACK HAVE VERY LITTLE RESPECT FOR THEIR TEAM MATES AND COACHES, THAT THERE STIMS BACK TO THE PARENTS AND NOT SHOWING THEM HOW TO RESPECT NOW THOSE KIDS HAVE A VERY LITTLE CHANCE OF MAKING IT IN SPORTS AT ALL, BECAUSE THAT IS ONE THIND THEY DEMAND IF YOU DON'T WANT TO LEARN AND RESPECT OTHERS GO HOME! THERE ARE KIDS THAT DO WANT TO LEARN AND THOSE ARE THE ONES THAT WILL MAKE OUR FUTURE SOME DAY AND THOSE ARE THE ONES I WANT TO HELP BY DOING ALL THAT WE'RE DOING. MY NEXT BLOG WILL BE ABOUT THE INDEPENDENCE SCHOOL DISTRECT AND MAKING CHANGES IN THESE SCHOOLS AND HOW THESE TEACHERS AND PRINCIPALS HAVE THEIR PRIORITIES ALL SCREWED UP, IT'S ALL FOR THE MONEY NOT THE KIDS FUTURE!!! THANK YOU FOR LISTENING I FEEL BETTER HAVE A GOOD DAY TO ALL!!!

KUDOS, Mushmouth! I have been saying the same thing for almost 2 years about the ISD. I don't know where your kiddos go to school at, but I know that my oldest daughter was 2 grade levels advanced all through elementary and her 5th grade teacher wanted her in advanced classes and her teachers this year said no. They didn't feel that she knew enough for their advanced classes, they sad thing is they didn't tell me they told her. Talk about crushing a kids dream in education. They told her that her "common arts" and "math" we below basic. Now, explain to me how a child goes from doing 7th grade basic math to a 4th grade level in 2.5 months. Don't get it! The elementary school is not that bad, but I will agree some of them are not there for the kids just the money.
You have no idea what I've delt with it's so heart breaking to have your son come to you crying telling you Mom I just can't do it no more .His teachers in high school were for ever telling him you'll never make it or you won't be doing that when you get older or telling him his dreams don't matter asking him what he wants to be and then when he told them they laughed and said good luck with that . My son was and is ADHD and has explosive disorder. He is on meds. and has been for at least 4 years now he just quite school in April of this year, he is trying to get his education online because he is scared to go out anywhere or be around people he don't know. that's what Independence School District did to my son. I'm not going to name the school because i have other kids going through there now and he was a respective kid until you showed him lack of respect then well I'll just say he did'nt show any either he never got kicked out of school but once and went through youth court which is a joke they don't have the right to defend them selfs any more either. I just don't know any more I have another son going through school right now and he is in his first part of being a teenager and he also is ADHD I'm worried because he is very active in sprots like his bother was and he reminds me so much of his bother I just hope the samething does not happen to him??? A worried mother in for sure!!!

Mushmouth12 No one knows what Old Man Time has in store for any of us. I can tell you this. Your kids are not only very lucky they are very blessed to have you for their Mother and the Coach for their Father. After reading your last blog I now know who you are. If we had a city full of parents like you and the Coach we would not have so much crime here in Independence. Your passions have always been in your Field of Dreams with your kids. I have always known your goal is the try and get as many Coaches as you both can and as many kids on the field as you possibly can. You both have made me want to learn how to coach. My passion has always been not only to find ways to help push crime away but to also help find ways to help save kids from a life of crime. Your Mud Dogs play a great part in pushing crime away and turning parents and kids along with our city into "One Big Team Together." Your family has touched my heart. I am sure we can find answers for The Mud Dogs. Most people want to play ball with The Big Guy's. But I know that it's The Little Guy's we need to play ball with to take back our city and make it shine. I was a worried Mother for years. I did my best and it was not good enough to save my son from the streets. Many years of sadness brokenness filled our life. Life is Good now. The very best it has ever been. I pray that for you and yours. I am proof their is always hope for all of our kids and their is great HOPE for yours because of the both of you!!! This will be what I will be addressing before the City Council tonight. I will not use any ones names just the story of how The Mud Dogs need our help. To help push crime away and bring great hope! xox
No, I do understand mushmouth. I have a daughter that has autism and I ended up at first having change school districts just to get her help, then, I had to transfer her back after that school district kicked her out. They went in to her classroom and told her to not come back that she was kicked out and here is the letter to prove it to your mom..... They tried to say I wasn't living with my parents, until they got proof thrown in their face I was and after I transferred her back out over the major embarrasment they did on her, I had to put her back in ISD. I'm so sorry for what happened to your son, I wish they would change their policies on how all of these kids are treated and the teachers/principals should get misconducts for the poor treatment. When my daughter entered elementary here in ISD, they wouldn't help her, they constantly made her cry and even wouldn't let her go to the bathroom. When she peed her pants they made her stay in those clothes all day and made her ride the bus home in them. She was horrified and I went off on the staff at the elementary school, I let them know that was never to happen again. I hope your sons can get through this and good luck on the online classes.....
It would appear madam dragonlady that this blog is for Muddogs only , if you want to be in complete legalistic compliance with the blog title . Mr.Newdog doesn't appear to appreciate your comments about your daughter and found it to be distracting to their blog about Mudogs. There are 91 entries and they can't spare a few extra entry spots for you , so try to refrain from obscuring their limelight with your life experiences. If I am not mistaken madam dragonlady you have been a contributor on this blog for over a year. Perhaps the new bloggers are more legalistic with rules. It would appear that Mr.Newdog doesn't want to scroll over your posts to another post. Mr.Newdog feels compelled to moderate this blog and control the content of each entry to make sure it is within legal parameters of this exact topic. God forbid we slide into anarchy with a few comments about your daughter and your life experiences . What could possibly be more important than a 92nd entry about a local baseball team?. I'm sure members of the blogging audience were dropping like flies with your rant posts madam dragonlady . I hope you take Mr Newdog's advice and run any further content through him for approval at his e-mail address .

Good day Whizzo how are you? I'm not worried about it, they don't want to talk to me and that doesn't bother me, but thank you very much for your comment!
Not to rain on anyones parade or belittle the statments above, and yes there are many lines and parallels that can be drawn on many of these issues. I was under the impression that this blog was for the improvement of our baseball parks and getting people interested in coaching and changing Independence baseball for the better. I just hate it when thigs get out of focus and rants not related to the this spcific blog take over its message.
So feel free to flame me for my opinion on the baseball issue at hand. but could you send it to my email? Lets focus on this battle and then the war.
Newwdog
I'm not going to send anyone an email and these blogs are not just for one subject. I'm sorry that I have offended you in some way, but me and mushmouth was talking about that subject. I have no problems with any person on this blog, but every issue on here is a battle and a war. This blog is for anyone and everyone, no subject is off limit unless it states in the blog guidelines. I asked her a question and she was responding so I showed the same courtesy to her, so I'm sorry if you don't like and don't want me to respond to something that we were talking about, but that is not your decision to make.
Okay someone is not having a good day, I'm blogging for a change in Independence, starting with the way our parks are not only for baseball but for family time and everytime. And we do need changes in the schools also but that's another story, I say this younger generation is getting screwed out of everything. It's like the thing with our fields not being taken care of 3 days after it rains now on the day of the game My son is so excited to play he's pumped and ready to go even if he don't win the game, he gets to see his friends and have a good time too. Now if the fields are not taken care of that day or even the next day and my son is upset and can't figure out why his yard is dry and the field is not??Now if we start upsetting them at this age imagine a couple of years from now they quite asking Why? and choose the wrong path, kids that don't have parents like us.That's why we all need to coach be there for these kids that don't have anyone. Now Let's all stand up and take care of our parks and our future!! Now Newwdog I'm only reply you because i know you and your a good guy!

......I read the above blogs and couldn't quite construe who you were addressing newdog.......by the way , welcome to the blogs.........love all your names..........sometimes I have found it to be helpful to address the party or parties to which I am speaking at the beginning of the blog post.......then if for some reason the posts get separated by unrelated blog posts then the blogger addressed knows that the message was for them......I can appreciate your postition about focus but this is a loosely interpreted guideline that we don't spend a lot of time worrying about ..........or people would be correcting each other all the time..........we appreciate the fact that this is not a business or legal forum............we appreciate that people have things they like to say when they are writing as they think about the topic.......many times a topic becomes something slightly different for a while..............there is also a huge difference of opinion on EXACTLY what variance is allowed on a blog post........if we strictly enforced this rule then it would be like constant spelling and grammar corrections that some obscure bloggers often jump in to criticize us for..........we go more for ideas and input...........if you feel that a blog is diluted then just post what you have to say and don't read what some other blogger writes........there is plenty of space and everybody has an opportunity to say WHATEVER they want.............with certain etiquette extended........sometimes that gets stretched PRETTY thin when passions about issues arise...........so after my lengthy attempt to "make peace" I wonder if you were addressing everybody......or dragonlady......or mushmouth...OldNSpicy ....or ME?......I was replying to another blogger's comment which is common place here......that's why they have the "REPLY" icon below each blog post......if I wanted to reply to the blog header I would have posted at the TOP of the thread.....................another side step is to write your own blog header if you are unhappy with the direction a certain blog is going.........there is NOTHING tying you to any one blog............if I didn't think this woud come up again I wouldn't have mentioned it...........but I assure you it will...........unless this is your only topic..........and that would explain a little more of your concern...........so you see how MY post had really NOTHING to do with baseball or Muddogs..........so possibly I diluted your Muddog blog in your eyes........this is not sacred ground here my friend.....sorry.....lol................I don't know your e-mail address and do not feel compelled to have to use it to say what I want...........your overwhelming concern for Muddog focus almost sounds obessive complusive from this side of the fence...........no offense meant..........that's it for me.............happy blogging..............and again..........I LOVE YOUR NAME..........and the team name....................sounds like Elisa has solved all your problems with the field.........so there you are.......the power of blogging.........ask and ye shall receive................apparantly the city council had NO idea of your dilemna with the field.........I'm left scratching my head at how this could happen in a day and age of computers , fax machines and cell phones..........now you know who to call..........or what to do...........the council meetings are open to the public ..............good luck to your team and your community endeavors..........it's people like you that help shape America's youth.........and we thank you for that.................

OldNSpicy I understand your pain and what you have said. I have only been in Independence for a little over 3 years. You did great at blogging for your first time. I have found this blog site to hold to most hope at having my voice be heard. Let me tell you before this blog site I was just beating my head against brick walls and feeling like I could get about as much done talking to the dead. I am a shop owner that has been trying to make sense of stories like yours and sooo many others. I tried to go to every meeting in town that I could make to try and find answers. I then started my own meetings and formed The Independence Crime Task Force. It's for people like you and I and sooo many others who have fallen through the cracks of the Justice System. Living here has been like living in the Wild Wild West. The blogs have been the only place I have seen that can make things happen that I care about. The Mud Dogs need these blogs so their voices can be heard. The City of Independence needs these blogs to help our city officials have a change of heart. We need to work on building people more than monuments. Our Little Ones Don't Grow In Shade. It's up to all of us to be the best that we can be and do the right things for our city. Stand Up and don't accept what you know is not right. Our families and children deserve better and I know for a fact we can all do better!!! Please Blog On & tell your family & friends about our blogs! xox
WELCOME OLDNSPICY! Hey everyone has to start somewhere and we are the perfect spot.
You do make an interesting point about the rules violations. I have also seen many coaches/asst. coaches who do not take the rules seriously and QC hasn't done anything about it. As I posted on here I too have had issues with QC on my daughter and even though it was never handled I still allowed my son to play this past summer. All I ever asked for was an explanation and an apology for my daughter for their lies to her, and never got it. Life went on, but I promised myself it would never happen again with another one of my children from them.... As for the ATV's I have family that lives right down the street from you and they have said the same thing. So what is up with our cops NOT wanting to do their jobs? Oh, that is right, they over worked and under paid or so they say. If you know who done it I would say file a petition with the court or go and talk to Mr. Abrahms (not sure of the spelling) through the police department!
Thanks for the welcome. I probably know your relatives. I grew up on this street. My Mom still lives in the house that me and my siblings were raised in. I'm 42 and all but about 8 1/2 years have been spent in this neighborhood.
They live off of Pearl. My cousins went to school at Chrisman. The oldest cousin is 30 or so now. I don't have much contact with them, but I know our other uncle still lives off of Pearl, the Honeycutt family.
I don't know many of the families on Pearl by name. Heck, I'm not sure I know alot of the families in this neighborhood by name anymore. Just know faces and vehicles. Living at the top of the hill of a only one way out neighborhood, I'm sure they know me by "the guy that is always mowing his yard" I get that quite often when meeting new neighbors. I'll go to say hi and they ask me where I live. When I tell them, thier response is just that........"Oh, you're the guy I always see outside mowing" <G>
LOL... Well I'm not going to say that, but I'm sure if I asked my uncle he would probably say the same thing. Have you ever thought that might be a sign of OCD, if the neighbors know you by that, LOL..... Don't worry, my daughter is OCD and is known as the organizer and I've got severe OCD and known as the woman that constantly cleans her house with cases of bleach. It isn't a bad thing! Some people think I'm germaphobic, but my husbands thinks it is just a sanitation thing, either way they are both right. My daughter goes to school and wipes her chair and desk down with clorox and organizes her desk, then if you mess it up RUN! Anyway.... I'm sure I have seen you and I'm sure you have seen us throughout the years! Did you hear about the murder on Pearl here 5 years ago this month?
Hear about it? ROFLMAO I woke up that morning to the sound of a pumper truck idling in front of my house with no lights on. Kinda strange that they were just sitting there with no lights at all. By the time I got ready to leave that morning, they had already rolled on down the hill. By the time I got to work, it was starting to get daylight out. My wife called me to tell me that 3 news crews had set up camp in my front yard, aiming their cameras down toward the scene and panning back to show the other street where the guy had ran and hid and where he was found.
Okay, so you remember it smartbutt! They blew all of that out of water. He didn't run and hide, he ran to get help, I was so ticked on how Leanna Joyce butched that so bad with a bunch of lies. The news people didn't care about the truth of it all, they just wanted the dang ratings. Anyways.... Now, The house he ran to was my uncles. The whole thing was a bunch of lies, major lies, we know what happened and how it happened but no one cared! The rumors that floated on here afterwards were just as horrible, b/c the news media lies.
I'm not sure I know what really happened then. All I got was what was in the media and bits and pieces of hear say from neighbors.
Leanna's brother Fred was a great bartendar.

......I used to mow lawns on Pearl Street in the 70's..........I had one on there I mowed for a Mrs.Roares .......for $2..............ROFL..........and most of the front was all hill.........she had intricate instructions for mowing around the flowers.......which I adhered to with the UTMOST of care.............if it's one thing I learned as a young lawn business was "DON'T MOW DOWN ANY FLOWERS"............... ha ha ha..............and do lots of extras...............the reward?...............cookies.........lemonade.............................conversation............referrals.........and sometimes?.............every once in a while?..........a few extra bucks.............which I turned down twice , then snatched.............ROFL.........................

Mowing down little old womens flowers isn't a good idea Eldoggg. They tend to chase you with the flower snips, I found that out by my own grandma. I always got paid, but it wasn't always money usually it was something more hurtful if I mowed something over I shouldn't of done. When grandma decided to pay it was good pay, but I had the advantage if the lawn mower broke my grandpa fixed it in a "jiffy" as he would say! He did small engine repair.
.....some of the more natural flora LOOKED like weeds to me...........ROFL...........those ladies were my BEST customers.......the MOST trouble.......the LEAST pay.........because they were on fixed incomes.........but they were as regular as rain .......they were usually happy and enjoyed some conversation........and they had LOTS of friends that couldn't mow............I wish I could mow six big lawns in one day now..............with a push mower............. ha ha ha............btw..........send LMF / J.T. an e-mail .......she needs a new identity now..........she's becoming a laughing stock with her antics...............she would be well served to lie low and stay in her hole........she must be wound tighter than a hummingbird's @ss..............ROFLMFDAO................
