To all my blogger friends....
I am in need of a lot of prayers.  My 15 yr old sister was involved in a car wreck today. She is in a coma and has to have a metal rod put in for her femur in her left leg. All the prayers are greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I am the one that posted the posting on the school bus thing, Well now I'm dealing with the schools in Independence. We bring our kids up to respect everyone older then you(some of us) and I always have.

OK, let me say up-front:    I'm a Christian, yet I like Halloween, because of how much I enjoyed getting into costume and trick-or-treating as a kid.   I see it as a unique opportunity for folks to express their creativity / imagination.  I like to show kids that even "stiff" adults can dress-up and have fun.  And I especially enjoy the creative home-made costumes that people come up with.

I promise I haven't just been neglecting my blog on purpose... things have been a little crazy in the Boothe house as we make preparations for our little girl – Juliet Louise if you wanna' keep score.
 
With all our free time spent daydreaming and planning what God has in store for us in January, I've found little time to read (and if I'm truly honest with my blogging friends, I'll have to admit I'm still reading "In Cold Blood," which I'm still really enjoying).

Our 32-inch tube-TV finally bit-the-dust two weeks ago... picture tube's out, from what I can tell.   We've bought a replacement, but now.... what to do with the old one?
